The Piglet and the Boar, aka Dustin and Deja (https://thepigletandtheboar.com/), took their WoolPRO baselayers with them from their home in California to Japan. As brand ambassadors, they traveled for a more-than-month-long backpacking trip all over the country.
“Most importantly, our primary goal was to go to Japan with no more than 3 sets of clothing that needed to last us 36 days. For our trip we changed locations 14 times, which consisted of train rides longer than 2 hours. Additionally, our trip consisted of over 2,500 miles of travel just to get to place to place over our 36 day journey. That doesn’t include the walking/biking/traveling for sightseeing and exploring, though.”
One they planned an itinerary, they posted to their blog about taking WoolPRO along! They have Agena long sleeves, a Fugawi hoodie, a Skylark 135g long sleeve, an Astrobee beanie, and Parallax socks. See that post at https://www.thepigletandtheboar.com/Root/content/post/Travel/2016_March_GearingUp.php. Also, they plan on comparing our layers with those of the other two brands they carried with them. Stay tuned for that comparison!
