RETURNING AN ITEM

You can return Items(s) you bought on woolpro.cc within 30 days of the date of receipt of the Item(s). For returns past 30 days, please send an email to cs@woolpro.cc.

  1. To return an Item you bought, fill out the return slip (on your packing list included in your order). Fill out the style number(s) of the items you wish to return and select a reason for the return.

  3. Send the unwanted Item(s) back to us together with the return slip.
  4. If you no longer have the return slip, please contact WoolPRO Customer Service at cs@woolpro.cc or by phone. We will issue a return form that you can use to send back the unwanted Item(s).
  5. When you placed your order at woolpro.cc you received an email from cs@woolpro.cc with return instructions and a return label. Use this label to return the Item(s). The return label allows you to track and trace your parcel.
  6. Print the return label and attach it to your parcel. Please make sure that it is clearly visible on the parcel and that the address and barcodes are not covered or amended.
  7. Drop your parcel off at the nearest post office. You will have to pay the local postage for your return and WoolPRO will pay the international postage. Please keep the proof of shipment.
  8. If you choose not to use the WoolPRO return label, the shipping costs to return the Item(s) by ordinary mail or by another appropriate shipping method are at your own charge and risk.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

If you use the WoolPRO return label, you will have to pay the local postage for your return and WoolPRO will pay the international postage. If you choose not to use the return label offered by WoolPRO then you will be responsible for the entire return postage.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM

To exchange an Item, return the unwanted Item and place a new order on woolpro.cc.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

We will process your return as quickly as possible. After receipt of your returned Item(s), we will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs for your delivery. WoolPRO will not refund the shipping costs if you only return a part of the original order. The time for processing your refund is two (2) weeks (14 calendar days) upon receipt. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order.
